One week only - small group training session

Week of August 9th - August 13th

Every morning Monday through Friday
6:00 - 7:45 a.m.

Workout sessions including walking, hiking, jogging, weights, yoga, Pilates and stretching

One-on-one goal setting, food accountability & nutritional information...everyone will keep a food journal for one week!

This is a great way to jumpstart your fitness plan, weight loss program, learn to train for a race, try new exercises and meet friends that like to stay fit!

We will meet at Berry's Chapel Church of Christ as well as other locations around the Grassland area. We will be outdoors most of the ready to have fun & try new things!

All fitness levels welcome...there will be lots of one-on-one interaction.
